Sharing our Stories

Facilitation is quite a new profession, at least in Serbia. In earlier times, it was called "training" and a number of groups developed much expertise and experience in delivering training to a variety of groups.

In recent times, facilitation has been introduced primarily through the many international development projects that take place in Serbia. Because many of these projects report primarily to their donors, information about how facilitation is being used in Serbia is not widely shared.
